About 1.40am on Saturday morning police stopped a 29-year-old male driving a 1997 white Holden Commodore sedan in Dundas Street, Young.
The man was submitted to a roadside breath test and returned a positive reading.
He was taken to Young Police Station and submitted to a breath analysis providing a high range reading of 0.175, which is more than three times the legal limit. His licence was suspended and he will face Young Local Court.
