Eagle Boys Pizza Young customers may have thought they were being served an impeccable pizza, but now they know for sure after the store beat other Eagle Boys Pizza stores in the region to receive the Eagle Excellence Award. The Young store was named the best in Southern NSW and Victoria at The Eagle Boys Pizza National Conference on the Gold Coast held on Tuesday 20th October 2009.

Eagle Boys Pizza Young Franchisee Mrs Andree Boldrini received a trophy and $2,500 travel voucher as part of the award. Assistant Manager Mr Brad Hambrook attended the Gold Coast Conference and accepted the trophy on Andree’s behalf.

The Eagle Excellence Award recognises a range of business and customer service achievements, from sales growth and operational excellence through to pizza quality and prompt service.

Eagle Boys Pizza managing Director Todd Clayton said Eagle Boys Pizza Young had the business and operational systems in place to ensure customers were served great tasting pizza. He said the store had developed a legion of regular, loyal customers due to the diligence of Franchisee Andree, Brad and the team.

“All of our stores undergo rigorous evaluations to check they are delivering the high standard of service and pizza that our customers deserve,” he said.

Andree has been a dedicated Eagle Boys Franchisee for 17 years. During the last 12 months in particular the Young store has raised the bar, serving up exceptional store standards, quality pizza and customer service.

“Andree and the dedicated team realise the importance of fostering fantastic relationships with customers and are a shining example of the hardworking and dedicated franchisees across the Eagle Boys network.”
