Neale Jodi Grist (41) of Etiwanda Avenue, Mildura Victoria was found guilty of driving with a low range concentration of alcohol offence committed on August 21, 2012 in Young.
He was convicted and fined $300 plus $83 court costs. He also had his licence disqualified for three months in his absence.

Jessica Lee Hargraves (22) of Binalong Street, Young was found guilty of common assault for an offence committed on July 6, 2012 in Young.
She was convicted and fined $100 plus $83 court costs.

John Wayne Long (39) of Bendles Lane, Monteagle, was found guilty of driving with a low range concentration of alcohol for an offence committed on September 30, 2012 in Young.
He was not convicted and the case was dismissed on the condition he enter into a good behaviour bond.
