The club finished up with its last rally for the year on Sunday, November 25 with a huge roll up of 24 riders.
A very successful Christmas party was held the weekend before with a huge amount of riders and family turning up to enjoy a beautiful day in the sun and a wonderful lunch catered for by all our members parents and committee members.
After lunch the members were presented with the club trophies for the year.
Attendance Awards to Natasha Harrison and Jonathon Scott.
Most Improved Riders – Ella Rose Powerdly, Annabelle Reynolds, Alex Gamper and Bonnie Wright.
Encouragement Awards – Pheonix McKinnon, Emily Harrison and Courtney Bysterveld.
Artie Henman Memorial Shield – Jonathon Scott.
Pestell Memorial Shield – Pam and Ashliegh Bennet.
Zoe Storman Memorial Award – Bonnie Wright.
Young Pony Club Most Improved Showjumper – Bonnie Eason.
Freudenstein/Daly Perpetual Award – Patrick Scorse .
Mane Event Equestrian Award – Paige Simms.
Presidents Award – Sarah Clark.
Club Person of the Year – shared by Barry Matthews and Vicki Scott.
We would also like to congratulate all those members who have been competing for our club at shows, One Day Events and pony club championships.
Some of those being, Patrick Scorse, Tahlia Wells, Sophie Parish, the Eason family, Courtney Bysterveld and Alex Tout, just to name a few.
We hope that 2013 will be as successful for our club as this year has been.
Just a reminder to all our members that our AGM will be held on Wednesday night at 7pm on the 5th of December.
Our sign up day for next year will be Sunday 27th January 2013 at the pony Club Shed between the hours of 9am and 2pm.
Please remember that all members must be paid up seven days prior before you can ride at your first rally.
