Contact Phil at the pro shop and book a spot.
This is a medley four ball, so the ladies are welcome to play and we need at least 12 pairs to avoid being penalised in the comp.
The following Saturday, January 25 we are holding our Australia Day medal day.
The event is a single stableford for the men in three grades, and the ladies will play in two divisions.
The best score returned by the men and ladies will win the special trophy donated by Kay McDonald Trophies.
We will have $500 worth of vouchers provided by our sponsors Twomey’s, Ron Thompson, Bobby Brown, Peter Eldridge, Michael Powderly and Craig Watson.
Hopefully we can get 100 plus players to support the event.
This week sees the start of the mid-week daylight savings teams competition.
Hopefully the teams who played prior to Christmas will again take to the fairways and new teams are welcome.
Teams comprise up to five players with the three best scores to count each week.
The event is on a handicap basis and new players will be given a handicap. The handicap is adjusted weekly.
Interested players can contact Phil Cartwright our golf professional on 6382 1543.
New golfers are most welcome.
Thanks to Barry Hambrook and Young Tyrepower for their sponsorship.
