The Gold Coast have extended the contracts of Albert Kelly and Beau Falloon until the end of 2015.

In a boost before their clash with Melbourne at AAMI Park on Sunday, the Titans have taken up an option on the pair to upgrade and extend their stay on the holiday strip. The club, which recently extended a lifeline to former Panthers and Rabbitohs speedster James Roberts, is expected to officially announce the deals on Thursday.

After troubled stints at Cronulla and Newcastle, Kelly is finally fulfilling his potential at the Titans, scoring 11 tries for the club last year.

Former NSW pivot Trent Barrett recently said Kelly was a State of Origin contender and was on the radar to play in his Country Origin side this year.

Kelly, who joined the club following the departure of Scott Prince, has struck up a fine combination with five-eighth Aidan Sezer. Kelly was awarded the man of the match award for his performance in Monday night's win over the Cowboys.

Falloon has also stamped himself as a genuine first-grader, impressing for the Titans this year in the absence of injured hooker Matt Srama.
