It was the first Lambing Flat Chinese Festival and it attracted an estimated 3000 to 5000 people, which organisers say they couldn’t be happier with.
People came from Dubbo, Canberra, Orange and Sydney to join Young and visitors from surrounding towns in acknowledging and celebrating our rich past.
The Chinese Association also brought a coach-load to the festival from Canberra.
