YOUNG North Public School fell victim to a break and enter at the weekend, with a number of tools stolen from the a shed.
Police say the break-in occurred sometime between 4pm Friday and 2.30pm Sunday.
Numerous tools were taken including hammers and pliers.

Engine hoist stolen from mine
EQUIPMENT worth around $300 was stolen from Young Mining Company at Thuddungra at the weekend.
Thieves reportedly gained entry to a shed out at the mine and stole an engine hoist.
Police would like to hear from anyone with information relating to this crime.

Thieves target first aid kit
A FIRST aid kit and a woollen steering wheel cover were targeted in a break and enter in Dwyer Street, Young late last week.
The incident occurred between 5pm Thursday and 8.15am Friday.
Police say unknown person/s gained entry to the unlocked car via an unlocked garage.
Window smashed by pool ball
A POOL BALL lies at the centre of an investigation into an attack on a business in Young.
Between 5pm on Friday and 8.30am Saturday unknown person/s broke a window at Toyworld in Boorowa Street.
A pool ball was located inside the shop along with broken glass.
Enquiries are continuing.
