Constable Marley-Jo Collier, formerly of Young, daughter of Wayne and Wendy Collier recently graduated from the NSW Police Force Highway Patrol Education Program in July and is currently based on the Northern Beaches in Sydney.
Marley-Jo said she was very proud of her achievement after studying for six months both on-the-job and at Wetherill Park to become a qualified highway patrol practitioner and is thoroughly enjoying her time on the beaches.
She is looking forward to a long career in the highway patrol.
Marley-Jo joins a small contingent of females who are currently in the highway patrol with only 50 out of 1600 officers in the state being female.
