There will be plenty to keep the whole family entertained with stalls, a jumping castle, fairy floss, pony rides, face painting and a barbecue.
Both infants and primary students will perform a variety of musical pieces on the marimbas throughout the Spring Fair under the leadership of Young Regional School of Music tutor Mark Corkery.
Mark will also be performing a wide selection of easy listening music for the enjoyment of visitors on the day.
The fair is the major fundraiser for the school.
“We hope that the community will come down and see our great school,” school administrative manager Angie Kay said.
“It will be a great day with plenty of it undercover.”
With delicious cakes, a coffee van and perfect weather expected, Angie said it was a great opportunity to pop down for a spot of afternoon tea.
The fair will run from 10am to 3.30pm with a gold coin entry.
To get to Maimuru Public School, you take the Henry Lawson Way to Grenfell, turn left at Maimuru Road (Young Airport is also signposted) approximately nine kilometres from Young, then drive a further five kilometres before you turn right up a hill to to the school.
