29- year-old Jay Curtis-Hodge - the last suspect wanted by police - was arrested Thursday morning over the attack after allegedly leading police on a pursuit.
About 10.45am yesterday, officers attached to Police Transport Command stopped the man while patrolling Campbelltown Railway Station.
The man was taken to Campbelltown Police Station, where he was charged with robbery in company cause grievous bodily harm and police pursuit (Skye’s Law).
He was refused bail and will appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Friday.
Two Young women in their thirties - Jennifer Clarke and Kerry Whiteford - were refused bail when they faced Bankstown Local Court yesterday, having been arrested on Wednesday.
Clarke has been charged with robbery in company causing wounding or grevious bodily harm, while Whiteford is facing one charge of being an accessory after the fact in company.
They will both come before court again on January 12, appearing via audio visual link.
A mental health assessment was ordered by the court for Clarke.
The two women were arrested just hours after 86-year-old Frank Carlino, who uses a walking stick, was robbed of the pension money he had just withdrawn from a bank at Chester Hill.
Police said he was walking through an underground car park about 9.45am Wednesday on the corner of Frost and Priam Streets when he was approached by a man and woman.
He was allegedly punched in the face and had cash stolen, before the man and woman ran away.
Police from the Bankstown Local Area Command attended the scene and established a crime scene a short time after.
Mr Carlino was taken to Liverpool hospital with non-life threatening facial injuries.
The attack was captured on CCTV footage and obtained by Channel Nine.
The footage shows a man and a woman approach Mr Carlino, before the man throws a punch knocking the elderly man to the ground.
A man and woman can be seen going through Mr Carlino's pockets, before walking off with his cash.
