The company’s executive director Mark McNamara said the final stage of the move was completed on Friday, after operations ceased on February 17.
The company previously employed about 25 locals.
It’s believed about five jobs will be transferred over to the Wagga site.
The group announced the move back in November 2013, coming as a shock to locals and the council.
The company said the decision to move came after it entered into an agreement to combine its used transformer oil re-refining technology with the Australian-owned general used oil re-refiner at SOR’s Bomen site in Wagga.
