It takes to four the number of people charged over Mr Power’s violent death, and police have said they anticipate more arrests.
Annette Heather Allen, 56, of Collingullie, faced Wagga Local Court on Thursday after her arrest on Wednesday.
Allen is accused of aiding her son, 19-year-old Owen Fuller, after he allegedly bludgeoned 33-year-old Mr Power to death in a Young Street in the early hours of August 29, 2013.
She is also accused of being an accessory after Fuller allegedly held up a Young service station nine days earlier.
Allen did not apply for bail and the case was adjourned to April 8 for reply to the brief of evidence.
Five family members were in court to support Allen.
Duty solicitor Rohan Harrison asked on Allen's behalf if she could appear in court in person on April 8 so she could see her family.
The request was objected to by police prosecutor, Sergeant Kellie Huggett.
"That is not sufficient reason why she should not be brought to court by AVL (audiovisual link), especially at this early stage of the proceedings," Sergeant Huggett said.
Allen's request was refused by the magistrate.
"I understand your family wanting to see you, but the ordinary process for all sorts of reasons is it's more appropriate to appear by AVL, so I will make an order for AVL on the next occasion," she said.
Allen's court appearance lasted less than three minutes.
