By now Q&A is part of the TV furniture, its presence so familiar it's mostly hard to get angry about the results of its tried-and-tested to-and-fro. Snark yes, fury no - most of us would still offer weekly house guest Tony Jones a cup of tea and a Tim Tam and go about our ablutions unruffled by whatever modest mayhem he'd just presided over.
