Minna Gilligan's first book, Time After Time, grew out of too many possibilities. "Initially I was very over-excited, and my idea was pretty broad. I wanted to make a book that had everything in it that I love," she says. She and her publishers, Hardie Grant, settled on a specific theme: fashion, "which is something that was part of my art practice that I hadn't explored in a solid way before".
