There are two things concerning me before I go to my first heart-rate monitored fitness class: firstly, that I can't cheat because my heart-rate monitor will show I'm slacking off and secondly, that my heart rate will be a dead giveaway that I'm struggling hard when I want to look like I'm sailing through.
