Malcolm Turnbull 'concerned' about asylum seekers on Manus Island and Nauru

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says he is concerned about asylum seekers languishing in Australian-run detention centres on Nauru and Manus Island and hinted the government may consider acting to relieve their plight.
