Kicking off at 5.30pm, the evening is aimed at those in the community who may not feel comfortable seeking help or information through traditional avenues.
Participants have an opportunity to speak with a mental health professional in a relaxed atmosphere and have a chat over a cup of coffee.
These evenings were a huge success and well received by the community.
