Mayor Mannoun denies Liverpool Liberal jobs a case of Nedpotism

Liverpool council says its approach to hiring staff is competitive and non-political, despite jobs going to seven staff with links to the Liberal party,  in a council presided over by Liberal mayor Ned Mannoun.
