Robert Keith Golden of Back Creek Road, Young was convicted in his absence in Young Local Court on November 3 for driving with a low range PCA.
Magistrate Peter Dare SC fined the 52-year-old farm labourer $300 and disqualified him from driving for three months.
According to police facts tendered in court, police were conducting stationary random breath testing in Parker Street, Cootamundra on October 11 when Golden approached them on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle about 4.45pm.
He was breath tested where it was revealed he had 0.069 grams of alcohol in his system.
Golden told officers he had two beers within an hour at a Cootamundra hotel and that he had a “big night” the night before.
