A local father and son allegedly involved in last September’s home invasion in Wombat Street have had their matters adjourned to March.

Russell Noel Horne, now on bail, and his father Russell Edward Horne, who was absent, were mentioned in Young Local Court on Tuesday.
The pair - who have been charged with special aggravated break and enter committing serious indictable offence and reckless grievous bodily harm in company - have been adjourned to reappear in Young Court on March 8 following further negotiations of facts.
Director of Police Prosecutions (DPP) representative Abram Meredith said the DPP expected the men will be committed on the day and required both to be present.
No pleas have yet been entered.
A third man allegedly connected to the incident, Matthew Sheather, also of Young, was mentioned in Cootamundra Local Court on Monday.
He is due to reappear on February 15.
It is alleged five men forced their way into the Wombat Street home about 10.30pm on September 19, where a 50-year-old man was beaten - suffering a broken leg that required surgical correction - and threatened with a 20-25cm hunting knife.
