The win keeps their streak intact after negotiating the Doug Wright Shield without a loss during January.
In reply to the Blues’ honest innings of 8-182 the Coyotes had little trouble reeling it in, losing just three wickets and passing the total in the 39th over.
Captain Geoff Palmer led by example scoring an unbeaten 69 while Mick Ashton continued to impress with the willow on occasions this season blasting 79 in the middle order.
Earlier in the day Brad Ashton ripped through the Blues batsmen providing four wickets for his side.
Blues opener Jonte Powderly (67) and Luke Cosgrove (45) produced a handy second-wicket partnership and, while Cameron Jones added some valuable runs at the end of the innings, remaining not out 25, it still wasn’t enough.
