It was reported to police that between the hours of 11.30pm Sunday and 8am Monday unknown persons painted the entire vehicle blue.
Adding insult to injury was the graffiti also painted on the car - with a range of inappropriate language and symbols.
The 31-year-old owner of the car notified police who attended the scene.
Fortunately the paint the vandals used was water-based and able to be removed with the use of a high pressure hose.
Investigations are continuing.
Meanwhile the same car parked at the Young Retirement Village complex that’s been victim to a series of malicious damage has been targeted by vandals yet again with spray paint.
Another incident occurred on Wednesday night.
Police believe the offences are a case of mistaken identity, saying the former male resident, who was residing at the premises and who the vandals appeared to be targeting, has since moved away.
Anyone with information are urged to call Young police on 6382 8199.
P-plater arrested for mid-range PCA
A 45-year-old P-plater will have his day in court after being arrested and charged by police for having a mid-range concentration of alcohol in his system.
According to police, the man was pulled over near the Lynch Street/Edwards Street intersection last Friday, February 5.
It is alleged that while he was pulling over he crashed into a low hanging tree.
A positive random breath test meant the man was required to attend Young Police Station for breath analysis. He returned a reading of 0.108.
The driver was also recorded as not having his P-plates on display.
