For the following year’s eclectic to proceed, Phil Cartwright in the Pro Shop needs a commitment from 50 players to take part at $20 per player with no additional top up expenses.
The following year all medal rounds will count as well as the four rounds from the 2017 club championships.
All results will be compiled for players with no need to nominate their adjustments as they go along.

First - Phil Cartwright 38 points, second - Maurice Penson 37 points, third - Ian Broderick 36 points, fourth - Darren O’Brien 35 points, fifth - Alan “Wally” Wilder 35 points, and sixth - Darryl Jordan (Temora) 35 points.
Balls went down to 31 points on a countback.
Jackpot ball draw was not won.
Friday, April 1: Weekly nine hole competition -
First - Shaun Rolfe with 20 points on a countback from Ron Flynn 20 points. In third place Darren O’Brien, followed by Brian Christie, Penny Greaves, John Connell and Andrew Miller all who had 18 points.
Balls went down to 18 points.
Semi-finals in the mens scratch matchplay championships are as follows:
In A Grade: J Shields versus G Walker and R Oliver versus A Wilder.
In B Grade: G Stinson versus M Kentwell and J Osmond versus the winner of R Thompson versus C Jones.
In C Grade: C Watson versus P Fitzgerald, and G Connelly versus P Doherty.
These matches need to be finalised by April 17.
Program books are now available from the Pro Shop or the clubhouse.
Phil Cartwright will be holding a junior golf clinic during the school holidays from April 18 to 22, catering for boys and girls from nine to 17 years old.
Interested persons should contact Phil on 6382 1543.
The Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, April 22 at 6pm in the Gleneagles Room.
Following the meeting there will be a sausage sizzle. It would be great to see a good crowd of members, both men and ladies, attend.
We invite nominations for the position of directors on the board. Forms are availabe at the bar.
Next Saturday’s event is a single stableford sponsored by Craig Watson and Gavin Marshall and Sundays event will be sponsored by Wayne Honeyman.
The following Saturday, April 16 we will have the Coral Cant Memorial and in conjunction we will be holding the club qualifying round of the Keno Mixed.
Players will have option to compete in the Keno but are required to pay the additional entry fee of $5 which goes to Golf NSW.
