Chris said he was happy to sponsor local sport.
“As a business who sponsors a lot of local sporting groups, we were more than happy to extend that sponsorship to the Tipperary Golf Club,” he said.
This week at the Tipperary Golf Course saw Tuesday’s social winner go to Bill Foreman on 38/26, while second went to Pat Hewen on 36/26.
Thursday’s stroke event saw Bill Foreman take out first with 38/25, while Max Hardman was second with 37/28. Bill had two gobbles, Pat had one.
Sunday saw a stableford played, with the winner being Pat Hewen on 38 points, and runner-up Max Hall with 34. Gobbles to Pat, Max Hall and Max Hardman all with one each.
There was no birdie hole or eagles nest winner.
Next week the monthly medal will be played, sponsored by Town Hall Newsagency.
