Staff from CWP Renewables will be on hand between 2.30pm and 7.30pm to answer questions and chat to people about the project and the Environmental Impact Statement that is currently on public Exhibition.
“This is a good opportunity to find out more about the project, and we invite everyone to attend,” Development Manager Siobhan Isherwood said.
“We will have posters and handouts with project information, and we will also have a noise consultant on hand to provide a demonstration of the type of noise that wind farms typically produce.”
The wind farm consists of up 118 wind turbines across three clusters, and is located between the Lachlan Valley Way and Wargeila Road, south east of Boorowa.
The project is being developed by CWP Renewables, and will be on Public Exhibition until November 28.
