As part of the celebrations they held a morning tea for board, staff, volunteers and long term clients.
Approx 100 people attended the celebration.
During the morning a 30th birthday cake was cut.
The honour of cutting the cake went to long term client Joan Swan and committee member Margaret Phelan.
Joan has been using the service for the entire 30 years it has been in operation.
Commitee member Margaret Phelan has served on the committee for the past 17 years .
Margaret was also the co-ordinator when the Community Transport Service first commenced.
Those attending also received a bag of goodies donated by South West Slopes Credit Union and Blank Canvas Hairdressing Salon.
Murrumbidgee Local Health Service Patient Transport Services also presented gifts to the longest serving volunteer driver Brenda Macleod.
Brenda has been driving for the service for 21 years.
A gift was also presented to Margaret Phelan for her long service as a committee member plus the role she played in setting up community transport 30 years ago.
The Vice President of Coast and Country Community Services presented certificates for long service to 19 staff and volunteers who had completed 10 or more years of service to the Young Community Transport Service.
Manager Kelly Rolfe was presented with a certificate for 22 years of service.
In total 19 people have completed 264 years of service between them.
