At this week’s meeting of the Young Bridge group we had twelve players in attendance for a three table Howell movement. Jenny McAinsh and Frank Davidson came first with an impressive 66.67 per cent with Nikki Gordon and Kathy Rolfe in second place on 56.25 per cent and third Maureen Braddon & Val Robinson with 53.13 per cent. Then followed pairs, Mark Hawker and David Murray, Jane Wallace and Ian Murray, and Joyce Meale and Gwen Williams, respectively.

Wonderful work done, this week Frank Davidson and Annie Snodgrass of the Young Bridge Players Association handing over a cheque for $2000 to Sue McGregor from Margaret House Women’s Refuge at Young. A very big thankyou on behalf of Margaret House. The Bridge players also donated to Riding for the Disabled.
