This week bowlers played triples with two games of ten ends. The winners for the evening were John Dennis, Marlene Shea and Dawn Cockburn, runners up were Valerie Parv, Lyn Penfold and Bob Martin. Congratulations to all. The lucky winner of the club voucher was Chris Wright.

Both teams that represented Young at Grenfell in the Western Rivers men’s and ladies’ triples last weekend bowled very well, achieving runner ups. Congratulations Bob Martin, Bob King and Chris Wright, and Freda Hambrook, Wilma Galvan and Marlene Shea.
We would like to thank Rappjam Catering for the delicious Christmas luncheon last weekend at the Young Services Club. The last bowls evening this year will be a fun night on Wednesday, December 14 and we will be returning on January 25.
Young Services Club Indoor Bowls is played every Wednesday evening, with names in by 6.30pm for play at 7pm. Anyone is welcome to come along and give it a try...you just might like it.
