Mary Miller, 56, was arrested on Tuesday almost two years after three residents of a nearby Indigenous mission - Sandra Boney, Norman Boney and Roger Adams - died from injuries relating to methanol ingestion.

An inquest in October found that Ms Miller had sold crates of homemade alcohol for up to $150 from her second-hand furniture store in the town.

Ms Miller made the toxic brews at home and labelled it as red wine, rum, Tia Maria and beer.

She claimed she had a barter system with several residents from the Walli Reserve mission although residents told the inquest that they had been paying large amounts of money for bottles over many months.

Roger Adams' niece, Amy Bennett, told the inquest she paid Ms Miller $50 for alcohol in a Bundaberg Rum bottle.

"She claimed the alcohol tasted like methylated spirits and she had pains in her chest the next day," Deputy State Coroner Helen Barry's findings said.

Another time, her arms went numb "like pins and needles".

Margaret Boney told the ABC's 7.30 earlier this month that she used to spend $200 to $300 fortnightly for a big box of Ms Miller's moonshine.

She shared it with her brother Norman, sister Sandra and Sandra's partner Roger Adams, who all drank the alcohol every day for months.

Within three months Norman, Sandra and Roger were dead.

"I am a full alcoholic, I drink every day ... it is hard, 'cause that's all I have ever done, is drinking," Margaret Boney told 7.30.

Lavinia Flick, a relative of Mr Adam, told the inquest that Ms Miller opened her antiques shop the day after each victim died "like it was nothing".

"Mary targeted people with alcoholism - she targeted people with an addiction and disease - it was our people that were affected by it," she told the inquest.

All three died after exhibiting symptoms including coughing up blood, urinating blood, shaking hands, inability to talk or walk, blurred vision, erratic behaviour, vomiting and incontinence.

"Sandra, Norman and Roger all struggled with alcoholism as evidenced in their medical records and disclosures to police and medical staff," Ms Barry said.

"But, the evidence overwhelmingly supports the fact that prior to the introduction of the "moonshine", all three were relatively healthy and participating in life on the Reserve."

On Tuesday, Collarenebri police issued Ms Miller with a future court attendance notice for four counts of selling liquor without a licence and three counts of opening, keeping or using premises to sell liquor without a licence.

She is expected to appear at Walgett Local Court on January 24.
