Country Rugby League is looking for interested parties to put their name forward and apply to fill positions of coaches and selectors for the Country teams for the 2017 season with applications for the positions closing on January 20, 2017.
The positions they are looking to fill are:
- Country U23s Coach
- Country U23s Selectors
- Country U18s Coach
- Country U18s Selectors
- Country U16s Coach
- Country U16s Selectors
- Referees Appointments Board
To be considered for the position of coach for a Country team applicants must hold at least a current NRL Senior Club Coach Rugby League Coaching Accreditation and be able to provide proof of experience in coaching a team.
All interested applicants to become a selector are required to have “a demonstrated ability in identifying talented rugby league players for inclusion in CRL’s representative teams,” according to the CRL website.
Referees Appointments Board applicants need to be accredited and registered as a referee and demonstrate an ability in selecting referees for the Country Rugby League Championship games.
