Police are appealing to the community for information after a man exposed himself to a teenage girl in Young yesterday.

About 8pm on Monday 20 February 2017, a 14-year-old girl crossed Main Street and walked towards a business in Short Street.
As she walked across the road the girl noticed a man walking along Main Street towards Short Street.
At that time the man lifted his shirt and exposed himself to the girl who continued towards the business.
When she looked back towards the man he again exposed himself to her and she quickly walked away to seek assistance.
A friend of the girl collected her from the business and took her home. The girl was not physically injured during the incident.
Officers attached to Cootamundra Local Area Command were contacted and commenced a search of the area but were unable to locate the man.
Police are now appealing to the public for assistance to locate a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
He has been described to police as being of Caucasian appearance in his 30s, with a thin build. The man had blond scruffy hair and was wearing a black short sleeved shirt and black pants which were possibly tracksuit pants.
Police continue with their investigation into the incident and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
