“Something our kids need to be proud of,” Young Swimming Club’s Michele Turner said.
The Club’s last meeting saw the barbeque sell out in record time.
“Being free wouldn’t have had anything to do with it,” Turner said jokingly

Well done to the Young Swim Club members who competed at the Speedo Sprint Series at Homebush Aquatic Centre last Sunday. There were excellent results, many PB’s and a fun time had by all.
The Club is now looking ahead to presentation night this Friday where the club and the kids without their caps and goggles will have a fun night celebrating the success of another great swim season.
There is great anticipation to see who wins the Golden Bucket Annual Award this year.
Though the official season is over the Club still have some kids in training for the final events for the 2016/2017 season coming up with the Brophy Invitational Event at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra and our secondary and primary students who have qualified for school representative carnivals.
The club wishes all swimmers the best of luck in their final meets.
Until next season.
