The NSW Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) carried out a routine inspection at Causmag International last week to help the business continue to reduce dust emissions.

According to the EPA, the inspection was in relation to the companies monitoring of dust emissions.
“The NSW Environment Protection Authority carried out a routine inspection of the Causmag International premises on Thursday, March 16,” an EPA spokesperson said.
“During the visit, the EPA inspected ongoing improvements being made by the company to control dust, and discussed improvements to the monitoring of dust emissions at the premises.”
According to the EPA, the company is upgrading it’s real-time dust monitors to improve the monitoring of dust emissions and to ensure that dust is not impacting the surrounding environment and community.
The EPA has said they are happy with the progress the company has made.
“The EPA is currently satisfied with the progress being made by the company,” the spokesperson said.
