Police are imploring drivers to slow down and drive safely after six people died on NSW roads over the weekend.

Among those killed was a three-year-old girl, who was hit by a truck in South Grafton on Sunday morning, the latest victim in a horror 48 hours across NSW.
In a separate crash in Port Botany in Sydney's east on Saturday night, teen sweethearts Giovanni Santoro, 18, and Tamara Jordanoski, 17, died when their car crashed into a power pole and exploded in flames.
"We're imploring drivers today, as we do all the time, to watch your speed, think about what you're doing and be prepared each time you go for a drive," Traffic and Highway Patrol Assistant Commissioner Michael Corboy said.
"The six people who are not with us have left families grieving in what ... we suspect would be avoidable accidents and these fatal crashes will continue to happen if people don't take the proper precautions."
Police are investigating whether the BMW Mr Santoro was driving was speeding before it crashed into the power pole at the intersection of Botany Road and Bumborah Point Road in Port Botany around 10.30pm on Saturday.
Motorists rushed to try to help the couple, but were pushed back by the fierce flames. The couple died at the scene.
Family and friends posted tributes to the couple on social media, including Mr Santoro's mother Elizabeth, who wrote: "Two angels flown in heaven."
His sister, Selen, wrote: "RIP to the most beautiful people on the planet Tamara and Giovanni".
"Today a part of me died.... I already miss you little brother... I cannot imagine my life without u."???
In South Grafton, the 31-year-old truck driver involved in the death of a three-year-old girl underwent mandatory testing, with police investigations ongoing.
On Saturday afternoon, a 51-year-old man died at the scene of a motorcycle crash on the Oxley Highway at Mt Seaview, 80 kilometres west of Port Macquarie.
Earlier, a 27-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Wee Waa, and near Bathurst a 50-year-old woman was killed and a 51-year-old man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash.
Numerous others were taken to hospital after other crashes over the weekend.
Assistant Commissioner Corboy said police would investigate whether speed and alcohol were factors in the weekend's fatal crashes.
The weekend deaths came after truck drivers Mick Gorman and Adrian Ryan died on Friday morning when their rigs collided head-on on Picton Road at Wilton. An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
