- When is it? The game is advertised to kick-off at 8:00pm, Wednesday night.
- Where is it? As is the case every year, the two states alternate hosting rights for the series. This game and the finale will be at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, the second fixture will be at ANZ Stadium in Sydney.
- How can I watch it? The game will be live on Channel Nine, with the broadcast beginning at 7:30pm (AEDT). It will be shown in every major city except Adelaide. The replay will be shown on Fox Sports (Channel 502) after full time.
- When are the other two games? Game two is in three weeks' time in Sydney, on Wednesday, June 21. The last contest, be it a decider or dead rubber, will be another three weeks after that, on July 12.
