Miss Hill said she was inspired to cook by her mum, grandmother and great grand mother.
"I remember when I was a very little girl sitting on the kitchen bench cooking with them all and eating the chocolate cake mixture, getting it everywhere," she said." Being head chef has always been one of my goals through my career, but I never thought it would be so earlier in my career."
Hill said she had learnt a lot from the people that inspired her to cook.
I still use my mum, grandmother and great grandmother's recipes, " she said. "I've also learned some good techniques from Steve and Kelly at Cafe de Jour. "My philosophy to cooking is to keep it simple and stylish on the plate, by using different techniques to create a masterpiece. I use fresh and locally sourced produce as it helps the quality and provides lots of flavours."
