On August 26-27 Mr Frank Davidson organised a weekend of Bridge to raise funds for Riding for the Disabled and Margaret House Refuge. Played at the Catherine McCauley Centre with players attending from all over NSW. Overall winners on Sunday were Jenny McAinsh and Frank Davidson on a total of 180.4 points. Second place from Canberra who have been attending for over 30 years, Peter Carter and Willie Aboud on 178.4 points. Third place also went to a Canberra pair, Liz Johnson and Gwen Wilcox with 171.3 points. Fourth was a pair hailing from Cootamundra, Joan Adams and Tumut, Kate Graham with 167.3 points.

Weekly: Players played a three table Baron Barclay Howell movement. Frank Davidson and Jenny McAinsh, first with 60 per cent. Val Robinson and Maureen Braddon second on 57 per cent.
