Different night but great turn up
Young Services Club Indoor Bowls held its game night on Thursday last week with 18 players taking part.
The winning team for the week was Chris Wright, Christine Jones and Wal Penfold. Heather Martin, Wilma Galvan and Brian Butcher came in as runners-up. The lucky winner of the club voucher was Jenny Butcher.
Don’t forget there is no bowls on Wednesday, instead games will be played on Thursday.
Young Services Club Indoor Bowls is played every Wednesday evening with names in by 6.30pm for play at 7pm. Anyone is welcome to come along and give it a try – you just might like it.
