There will be a great variety of market stalls, with delicious food, crafts, spinning demonstration, book fair, “white elephant stall”, coffee and lots more. There will be a jumping castle to keep the kids entertained and plenty of other things to keep the whole family happy.
The Cherry Capital Country Music Association will be playing in the hall hosting artists from Young, Cowra, Harden and Boorowa and this music is a popular addition to the Fair.
The inclusion of the Country Music group was introduced to the fair in May last year resulting in stallholders staying much longer.
Spokesperson Margaret Gillespie said Murringo is a very active community raising funds for the school, hall and fire brigade.
“It’ll be a fun day where we can all get together as well as helping the village” she said.
The Murringo Village Fair will be held from 8am this Sunday in Murringo with events held at the hall and around the town centre.
