Busselton Water has launched a new online water management tool for customers to help track their water use, pay for bills and update account details. Busselton Water managing director Chris Elliott said MyBusseltonWater was an exciting digital step for the local water provider and its customers. "The launch of MyBusseltonWater is an important step for us. We know from our customer surveys and Customer Advisory Group members that this is what our customers want," he said. "We were keen to consolidate our position as a leader in innovation and technology in regional water supply, but all the while staying focused on providing our services in a manner that suits our customers. "There's no doubt that MyBusseltonWater delivers on both counts. "It will mean our customers can manage their water account more easily - you can pay your bill online, update your account details, know when your next meter reading will be and when to expect your next bill, as well as seeing your bill history and more. "Critically, MyBusseltonWater also offers customers the opportunity to see how much water they're using - compared to our daily consumption target of 275 litres per person. "At a time where climate change is having a real impact on our environment, especially in the South-West, its important people are aware of their water footprint and are responsible for conserving water as much as possible." Customers who sign up for MyBusseltonWater before July 31 will go in the draw to win one of five $500 Visa gift vouchers. Register for MyBusseltonWater via the Busselton Water website using your account number and June invoice number.
