
Nine month suspended sentence
A disqualified driver is now on a nine month suspended prison sentence after he was caught drinking and driving again.
Ross Lenard of Scenic Road, Wirrimah pleaded guilty in Young Local Court on April 19 to driving a vehicle during disqualification period and driving with a mid range PCA, both second offences.
The 34-year-old, who has an extensive traffic record and is disqualified until 2020, returned a 0.90 reading during a breath test in Possum Lane about 10.30pm on January 29.
