The Wombat Bush Poets will convene this Sunday from 7pm at the Wombat Hotel.
You’re invited to go along to enjoy the night and take part in the open microphone session if you’d like. Good fun for all.

The annual National Cherry Festival Queen/King entrant competition is a fun and a great way to meet members of the community.
Entrants hold fundraising events and activities in the lead up to the official crowning of the winner for 2016 at the festival on the first weekend in December.

Entrants do need to be over the age of 18 and both single and married entrants are welcome.
Finding Dory, released this month, will be shown for the first time as a fundraiser for Young and District Girl Guides on June 30, from 6pm at the Southern Cross Cinema.
There will be supper provided and tickets are $15 per person.
They are available at M&M’s Music Studio and Southern Cross Cinema.
