Young's Joel Shields is among over 120 golfers set to tee off in Sunday’s 2016 Cowra Open.
Shields – who is not long home from competing in the USA – has been considered a threat by fellow competitors ahead of the day after shooting 10-under par at the Young Open and scoring under-par at the NSW Open.
The Cowra Open begins with Saturday's Four Ball Better Ball Stableford before Sunday's 27-hole Open.
