During August members of the Young Garden Club, in association with the Young Multicultural Association conducted several working bees replanting the roses in two circular beds.
It has been difficult for the club members with all the wet weather to find time to carry out this task.
However, they managed to complete it over a couple of sessions.
The Young Garden Club’s next meeting will be held at the Catherine McAuley Centre on Wednesday, September 7, at 7.30pm.
Guest speakers for the meeting will be Brian and Louise Cunningham from Cootamundra.
The Cunninghams will be showing how to make Terra Cotta People garden ornaments.
Some members went to the Cootamundra Wattle Show last weekend.
Everyone is welcome to the Young Garden Club meeting with a light supper to be served after the talk.
