Young Lions Club’s Bakers Delight Under 10s team had a great day at the Cowra Carnival two weeks ago.
James Rogers had a standout game as goalkeeper, while Jayden Speering and Jimmy Cronin also had good games in goals.
Darcy Dwyer and Bailey Coddington ran their legs off all day with both having great games.
Lachlan Holmes, Oliver Brown and Hugo Kirkwood worked tirelessly all day from the midfield to the forwards, while Bailey Coddington Hugo Kirkwood and Jayden speering were successful in putting points on the board for Young.
The Young Lions Soccer Club would like to congratulate the neighbouring Cowra Soccer Club for the wonderful job they did in organising the day.
Young were strongly represented on the day with nine teams and over 100 players travelling to Cowra on the day to compete in the carnival.
From all reports the day was enjoyed by all.
