Spring is here and there's movement at the Marina Street Young Aquatic Centre.
There have been reported sightings of someone in his distinct red and yellow shirt, glasses, cap and shorts starting to WD40 the pool roller door.
Swimming season 2016-2017 is in the air! October long weakened saw the Young Swimming Pool open the roller door for the next season.
It's also time for all our keen swimmers to return to their favourite lane to try and better last seasons PB, increase their fitness and be involved in a fun and fantastic sport.
We are keen to see our juniors come and participate and over the season move up from the 12-25m races- it's a weekly highlight to watch and cheer on these dedicated mini athletes.
Registrations for current members can be entered online, while new members are asked to attend the pool on Tuesday, October 11 from 3.30pm for a swim assessment for grading.
We welcome our neighbours from Grenfell who will be joining Young Swimming Club this season.
