The theme for the 2016 Expo was Innovate, Integrate, Motivate.
The highlight of the weekend for the Connelly’s team was definitely the Gala Awards dinner, on the Saturday night.
Connelly’s Office National were awarded the winner of multiple awards taking out the NSW State Dealer of the Year, the Technology Micro Innovation Award and the National Dealer of the Year (joint winner with Office National Canning Vale).
Connelly’s team member, Jannah Paget was a Top 5 Finalist in the “Above & Beyond” Customer Service Excellence Award.
Connelly’s Office National Owner and Manager, Steve Connelly was both surprised and elated to receive the awards, in particular the National Dealer award, which can go to any of the 177 members Australia wide.
He was very pleased that one of his team were recognized for their efforts throughout the year.
“Jannah is a key member of the team and has particularly embraced the Office National Mobile App and eCupboard, introducing it to many of our customers as the easiest (and Coolest) way to place an order,” Mr Connelly said.
Steve, Jannah and Amy Wilton attended the annual conference and expo of the Office Brands group of which they have been a member for 16 years, with a total of 177 members across Australia in Metro, Regional and Rural areas.
Many members attending have stated it was their “best ever” conference andeExpo, in conjunction with their 2016 AGM.
Over the last 12 – 18 months Connelly’s Office National have been integrating and implementing the new marketing and technological strategies into their everyday business processes.
These include a completely revamped website, new B2C site, new Mobile app and eCupboard, and enhanced ERP Management system.
At the conference they were presented with a sales conference, incorporating further sales training, members business forums, and subject matter expert sessions. Saturday morning involved a keynote speaker and author of “How to Be Your Best You”, Bruce Sullivan.
The team from Connelly’s Office National found the celebrations on Saturday night to be a very valuable experience again this year, with the days away from their business well worthwhile.
