Despite some very damp conditions on Tuesday and Thursday nights the Guy Pickering Charity Challenge games were completed.
On Tuesday night the winners were Lions Club on a count–back from BAD with both scoring 15 points. The overall results saw the RLOB Tigers with 102 and Lion Club 101.
The winners for Thursday night were Show No Mercy with 14 points on a count–back from Bowl Terras.
In a very close finish Murringo were the overall winners with 109½ points. Just behind them were Slightly Biased with 109 points and in third place were Show No Mercy with 107½ points.
The final will be played tonight and players from all teams are welcome to come along for a game.
This week men’s bowls will be played on Thursday and Saturday afternoons with mixed bowls on Wednesday night and Sunday morning.
