Maher also applauded the team for their performance in Wagga.
“This outstanding achievement in a 72 team competition in the southern area of New South Wales speaks volumes for the strength of this young tennis team,” Maher said.
“Young Public School will now make their journey to Sydney to mix it on the big stage, I have no doubt the best team we'll put on a show because they have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”
